My mother has a few like-new appliances available. They work perfectly and the only reason she is getting rid of them is because she updated her condo and they just don't match all of the other new stainless steel items.
She has a microwave ($100 OBO) and a dishwasher ($50 OBO) left. These items would be perfect for new home buyers, investors, or simply for someone who needs a few replacement appliances in their current home.
